Thanks for the information on this one. The customer took the car to the dealer for the warranty cat convertor replacement and we switched out the IAC with a new unit from Honda. 2002 Lincoln Town Car 4.6L ps pump
The pump did indeed have low pressure. Max pressure as reflected here was supposed to be 1200-1400 psi and this pump maxed out at 460psi. A replacement pump corrected the low pressure and also the groaning steering problem.		 4

I was able to do the chain without removing the followers. The cam tool worked well it would be better to have two holders because if you release it when it is not connected it will rotate. We had hold one side by hand while the other side was done.		 3
