As Ali said, it was a misadjusted shift cable. What I didn't notice before, was that "P" in J-gate wasn't lit. Now after lengthening the cable, light is on and engine starts. I also checked all the other stuff mentioned in the replies and it was fin... well i have to close this for now not sure what customer is up too. as i stated in the opening this is a flood car and was advistized not to buy and buildit . none of us should be subject to flood cars due to health resons and loss of hair .

thanks for all your help everyone, the problem was fixed with a simple coil set and an idle adaptation, the failed coils are part #06b 905 115L, they were replaced with 06b 905 115r coils and we had no more problems again thanks Trouble codes: 16684 (random misfire detected), 16685 (cylinder 1 misfire detected), 16686 (cylinder 2 misfire detected). |
