Thanks to everyone who replied to my nightmare. After looking at misfire data it was never consistently missing on the same cylinder i took a guess at the PCM and it fixed the problem.

1995 Saturn SL1 1.9L MIL Lamp on
replaced PCM with new unit, we were unable to pick-up DTC's with origional unit. As stated we only showed code 11 but were unable to pull any other codes. With new PCM we pulled a code 45. Checked the TRS and found a bad connection with B/W wire on the spade ... Trouble codes: 11 (PCMTCM Codes Stored). |
