did the relearn proced by removing #22 fuse at the battery

1996 Ford Pickup 5.0L MIL Lamp on
we replaced ECM with used one ($100) new one was $410
road tested several times all is well!
note:
ecm had signs of moisture and corrosion on outside of cover
on lower side, we put some sealer on the firewall cover rubber
