1998 Honda Accord 3.0L fuel gauge
hello honda techs! i've got a 1998 honda accord with an
inaccurate fuel gauge. according to mitchell i am supposed
to have 5-8 volts between pins 1 and 2 at the sending unit.
i have 10.7 volts. also from mitchell it says to jumper

2003 Honda Pilot 3.5L Poor Fuel Economy

2001 Lexus IS 300 3.0L Hesitation, MIL Lamp on
Well this one is fixed! Had here a tuff one with two prolblems. Frist one was the mass air meter, after replacing it codes p0172 & p0174 were fixed! But after driving around I felt it still was not accl. like it should and was getting misfire codes on all cyli... Trouble codes: p0171 (bank 1 lean), p0174 (bank 2 lean), P0300 (misfire). |

Sorry about the late reply, after hours of struggling, i started to look at some basic, review what i did and see if there is any missing points. What i end up found and fix this vehicle is a real loose gound point which is hidden under the main harness. It is... Trouble codes: 325 (knock sensor), 505 (Iacv aac valve), 731 (AT 1st signal), 136 (HO2S1 heater). |

The fix is in... as crazy as it seems, all I had to do was tighten the tranny bolts, but it wasn't a voltage drop problem!
