Well, I finally figured this truck out. Alldata test proceedures call for testing FCA circuits K181 and K31, Wrong K181 is on FP Sensor on rail and K31 is on HPFC regulator. Got a copy of Dodge repair manual and it says test FCA circuit F855,K181, still wrong ... Trouble codes: P0251 (Fuel control circuit fault).		 2
