1994 Chrysler LHS 3.5L No Start Cam sensor fixed this one.
Apparently the 11 fault code for crank sensor was an ECM reporting mistake. Since these two (and others) are on the same circuit if one fails it pulls reference voltage down for the other sensors.
A key point would have been to loo... Trouble codes: 11 (Ignition crank reference not detected).
