Thank you to all who replied. We checked the timing and the belt and it was ok. Even though the vacuum test didn't show a plugged converter, that is what it was. We replaced both converters. Trouble codes: P0421 (Warm up CAT efficeincy Low bank 1), P0507 (Idle Control System RPM to high), P0446 (EVAP vent control problem Pending).		 9
