Thanks to all who replied. Matthew from Oregon was right on. We found that the turbo bypass valve was stuck. There was no movement when vacuum was applied. The client had recent turbo work done elsewhere so we had to send her back to the dealer for warranty. Trouble codes: P0299.		 5
