2000 Volkswagen Passat 2.8L MIL Lamp on
This vehicle runs fine, customer has no complaint. I am
scanning with an OTC Genesis. I am using Mitchell, the only
way I could even find this code was to perform a search and
then it was listed in the 4.0L section. The code is
preventing the car from passing ... Trouble codes: P1177 (Bank2 lambda correction downstream of catalyst control limit reached). |

2000 Volkswagen New Beetle 1.8L compression
Car is missing idle cyl. #2. The valves hit the pistons
quite hard. Leak down shows all cyls. 95 to 97% efficent.
Car runsfin off idle. Injector is working fine. Coil is
working fine. Do these 1.8Ts bend rods when they hit yhe
valves? |

1992 Volvo 960 2.9L head and valves
hello everybody,I have this 960 in my shop,it came in with
a snapped t-belt. After determining that it had numerous
bent valves, i removed the head and sent it off for repair.
The machine shop did a complete valve job, and resurfaced
