1998 Chevrolet Blazer 4.3L EBCM and BPMV

1994 GMC Pickup 6.5L no power
I have to send this truck to a diferent shop, unable to fix the problem.
The injection timing check good. The injection puls never change it alwys sttate the same 1.7 ms.
